Staff Biography

Byron D. Smith - Byron received his B.Comm. in 1986, his CA designation in 1989 and became a Certified Fraud Examiner in 1996. He is a Certified Consultant for Accpac Simply Accounting and an Authorized Trainer for Business Vision. Byron began his CA practice in 1990 on a part-time basis and in 1992 opened his full time office. He enjoys meeting clients and providing Audit and Advisory Services. He is married to Maureen, a teacher. They have three children, Stacia, Sarah, and Bruce. He enjoys camping, fishing, gardening, and hunting and is pursuing a black belt in Tae-Kwon Do. Byron resides in Bay Roberts.

Glenda Yetman - Glenda joined the firm in 1996. She is a Senior Accountant with over fifteen years of experience. Glenda received her CGA designation in 2002. She also enjoys walking, traveling and meeting new clients. Glenda resides in Carbonear.

Denise Lane - Denise joined our staff in 1992 and is our Office Administrator. She has significant experience using a variety of software programs and she does client accounting, our office accounting \ administration, and prepares personal income tax returns. Denise is married to Steve, they have two sons Matthew and Bradley and they reside in Clarkes Beach.

Dianne Whalen - Diane joined the firm in 1999 as a part-time Accountant. She loves her job and is also busy helping with the family business - Whalen's Concrete Specialties. Dianne is married to Gary and they have two children Deborah and Gary. Dianne resides in Spaniard's Bay.
